C&W Enterprises has been delivering 30 yard roll-offs across the Fresno-Clovis area since 1989. We’re family-owned, locally operated, and an authorized hauler for the Cities of Fresno and Clovis — which means general contractors, remodelers, and property managers can book us with confidence on jobs that have to stay compliant.
What Is a 30 Yard Dumpster?
A 30 yard dumpster holds approximately 30 cubic yards of debris — roughly nine full-size pickup truck loads. The container measures around 18 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6 feet tall. The footprint is similar to a 20 yard dumpster, but the walls are substantially taller, which is what gives this size its volume advantage.
That extra height matters in two ways. First, it means the 30 yard handles bulky, high-volume debris exceptionally well — framing lumber, cabinetry, drywall, furniture, and demolition material stack up fast in a tall bin. Second, it means loading typically happens through the rear swing-open door rather than over the side, so the bin should be placed with enough clearance behind it for that door to open fully.
A few important notes on what the 30 yard is not built for. Heavy debris like concrete, brick, dirt, and asphalt will hit weight limits long before it fills the bin — a 10 yard dumpster is the better choice for those jobs. And on tight residential driveways, the bin’s length and the rear-door clearance can be a tight squeeze; we’ll confirm fit when you call.
Best Uses for a 30 Yard Dumpster
The 30 yard is built for projects with high debris volume and bulky material. Common uses include:
- Whole-home renovations and gut remodels — kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, and cabinetry from a full-house project
- Large roofing tear-offs — single-layer shingle removal on homes up to roughly 4,500 square feet, or multi-layer tear-offs on smaller homes
- Home additions and new construction — framing scrap, drywall offcuts, packaging, and finish-stage debris
- Major commercial cleanouts — office buildouts, retail turnovers, restaurant remodels, warehouse clearouts
- Multi-family and apartment cleanouts — large turnovers, complex-wide refresh projects, evictions
- Large estate cleanouts — multi-bedroom homes, decades of accumulated belongings, full-property clearings
- Multi-room flooring removal — whole-home carpet, tile, hardwood, or vinyl pull-up
- Light commercial demolition — interior demos, partition removal, ceiling tear-outs
- Large landscaping overhauls — full yard tear-outs, tree removal debris, hardscape demolition
- Move-outs from large homes — 4-bedroom-plus residences, downsizing projects, relocations

Why Choose C&W Enterprises for Your 30 Yard Dumpster
For larger jobs, the dumpster company you pick can make or break your timeline. Four reasons contractors and property managers across the Central Valley keep choosing C&W:
Authorized City Hauler
We’re an approved hauler for the Cities of Fresno and Clovis, which means our trucks, drivers, and disposal practices already meet every local requirement. On a project where compliance matters — permitted construction, multi-family work, commercial sites — that credential removes a category of risk before the bin ever lands.
Family-owned since 1989
Owners Tyce and Kathy Ferguson run C&W Enterprises out of Clovis. The drivers know the neighborhoods, the dispatchers know the jobsites, and the relationships we’ve built with general contractors over three-plus decades are the reason a single phone call gets your bin moved when you need it.
Transparent, straightforward pricing
Your quote includes delivery, pickup, the rental period, and disposal at our partner facility, Clovis Recycling Center. No broker markups. If anything would change your price — a rental extension, a weight overage, a different debris type — we tell you up front, before the truck rolls.
Same-day and early-morning delivery
Our trucks are out by 6 a.m. Monday through Friday. On active jobsites where downtime costs money, we work around your schedule with prompt swaps and afternoon pickups so the project doesn’t stall on a full bin.
Fully insured
Every bin and every job is covered. General contractors, property managers, and HOAs requiring certificates of insurance can request one before delivery.
Service Area for 30 Yard Dumpster Delivery
We deliver 30 yard roll-off dumpsters across Fresno County and parts of Madera County. The neighborhoods and communities we serve most often include:

If your jobsite is in the greater Fresno-Clovis metro area, there’s a good chance our trucks already run a route past it. Visit our full service area or call to confirm coverage for your specific address.
What You Can (and Can’t) Put in a 30 Yard Dumpster
Accepted
Construction debris, demolition material, household junk, furniture, appliances (without freon), wood, drywall, flooring, roofing shingles, yard waste, cabinetry, fixtures, and most general trash. The 30 yard handles high-volume mixed debris well, which is why it’s the favorite size for whole-home renovations and major commercial projects.
Heavy debris note
Concrete, brick, asphalt, and dirt are accepted but generally not recommended in a 30 yard. The volume of a 30 yard combined with the density of heavy debris will exceed safe weight limits long before the bin is full, which usually means overage charges. For mostly-heavy material, a 10 yard dumpster is the right tool.
Not accepted
Hazardous materials, wet paint, motor oil, oil filters, flammable liquids, batteries, tires, freon-containing appliances, asbestos, and medical waste. No electronics. If you’re not sure whether your material is allowed, just ask — we’ll walk through it with you before delivery.
